Our locker service makes laundry day effortless — drop off and pick up on your schedule, no waiting around.
Drop-Off Steps
Access the App Through Our Website
For the best experience, access the CleanCloud app through our website. Stand in front of the lockers inside the store, then tap the "Book Now" button on this page to open the app and place your order.
Choose an Available Locker
Look for an open locker first, then select that locker number inside the app when prompted.
Place Your Laundry Inside
Put your laundry bag(s) into the locker you selected in the app.
Set Your PIN & Lock
Enter a PIN code of your choice, then press the "#" key to lock the locker.
Confirm It's Locked
Pull the locker door firmly to make sure it is fully locked and secure before you leave.
Pickup Instructions
When Your Laundry Is Ready
Wait for Your Message
When your laundry is ready, you will receive a notification with your locker number and a new pickup code.
Return During Operating Hours
Come back to the store during operating hours to retrieve your clean laundry.
Use Your Code to Unlock
Enter the code provided in your message to open the locker and collect your fresh laundry.
