How It Works

Walk-In Drop-Off
Drop off in front of the counter
Bring your laundry to the store during operating hours and place your bags in front of the counter.
Label every bag
Using the sticky notes provided at the counter, clearly write your name and phone number on each and every bag. Proper labeling is required to ensure your order is processed correctly and returned to you without delays.
Log your order
Scan the QR code on the counter to log your order quickly and easily.
We'll notify you
You will be notified by text or phone call when your laundry is ready for pickup.
Pick up & pay behind the counter
Collect your clean laundry behind the counter. Pay with cash or check using the provided envelopes in the small grey box behind the counter.
